Starting Off The Morning Right

I’ve been a big booster of morning workouts.   It’s a great way to begin your day because it puts you in the right mood (who doesn’t love the feeling of working out) and gives you that extra jump of energy for the rest of the day.

But what if you’re having trouble getting into it?

Well, if you work 9-5 and you go to bed at 1am, than I can see why you might have some trouble.  The obvious thing is to change your sleeping habits, but why wait until your sleeping has been normalized. What could you do in the mean time?

Enter Jogging

It’s going to be hard to initially find one hour in the morning to work out at the gym, but why not do something else.  After throwing down a protein shake, go for a light 20 minute jog through your neighbourhood, Mr Rogers.  You might be hesitant on doing some cardio because you’re trying to put on mass, but let’s be serious here for a second. Because this article isn’t for those fitness junkies. It’s for the guys who are having trouble getting religious about working on sculpting their bodies.

By simply going for a run every morning, you’ll be doing your body wonders. And also, you’ll be ahead of 90% of the other guys who are merely planning about working out and not being actionable.

Go for the run, trust me.
